Schedule appointments and provide reminders.
Handle outbound calls for follow-ups, updates, and sales inquiries.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and calls.
Assist with general office tasks as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Sales Support:
Provide information about products or services to potential customers.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve company goals.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
