Job Title: Technical Project Manager .NET Experience: 12 to 15 years Location: Naroda, Ahmedabad ( Work From Office) Department: IT/Software Development Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in .NET technologies to lead complex software development projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge in .NET technologies and exceptional project management skills. Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution:
   • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of .NET-based software development projects.
   • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client needs and company objectives.
   • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
   • Track progress and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Team Leadership:
   • Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, testers, and other stakeholders.
   • Facilitate collaboration between development teams, architects, and business analysts.
   • Conduct regular team meetings, status reviews, and performance evaluations.
3. Technical Oversight:
   • Provide hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting in .NET-related projects.
   • Ensure the design, development, and implementation of scalable and maintainable software solutions using .NET technologies.
   • Collaborate with solution architects to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
4. Stakeholder Management:
   • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, business units, and upper management.
   • Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and progress.
   • Manage client expectations and foster positive relationships to ensure satisfaction.
5. Risk & Issue Management:
   • Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
   • Implement mitigation strategies to address risks and resolve issues promptly.
   • Maintain a risk register and ensure proactive management of risks.
6. Budget & Resource Management:
   • Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with financial constraints.
   • Collaborate with HR and resource management teams to allocate appropriate technical staff.
   • Monitor project costs and make necessary adjustments to meet budgetary goals.
7. Quality Assurance:
   • Ensure all projects adhere to defined quality standards, including coding standards, testing protocols, and documentation.
   • Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in .NET development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 12 to 15 years of overall experience in software development and project management.
• Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core).
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing large-scale software development projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Leadership: Experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Tools: Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar.
• Certifications (Preferred): PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certifications.
• Education: Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud technologies like Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
