Retail Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement and consultative selling.
• Assist the Store Manager in planning and executing strategies to boost store revenue.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, delivering a premium experience that reflects OSIM India's brand values.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on OSIMs wellness solutions to meet their needs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury, lifestyle or wellness retail.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Passion for wellness and a customer-first attitude.
• Proficiency in sales reporting tools and inventory management systems is an advantage.
