• Solving Customer/ hr/ broker's Queries Related To Claims And Other Issues. escalate Issues As Per The Escalation Matrix. to Train Colleagues. emails Tracking Which Assign By Team Leader & Received From Clients And Branches.
• Handling Online, Phone, and Mail Query.
• Solve The All Query Related To Data Enrollment & Health Cards. maintain And Uploading The Data In Software. Policy Registration In Software.
• Handling Grievance Cases. handling Branches Query And Time To Time Give The Update Knowledge With Training. coordinate With Other Department.
• In The Use Of Information Technology, preferably With Experience Of Particularly Word & Excel. good Communication Skills good Organizational And Time- management Skills.
