Job Description

  • We are seeking a proactive Tester with expertise in both automation and manual testing to join our growing team at SOBHA Realty
  • In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring
  • the high quality, performance, and security of our software products, which are central to our real estate and construction operations
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional
  • teams to develop robust testing strategies and frameworks across front-end, back-end, database, security, and performance domains

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Automation Manual Testing: Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both automation and manual testing
  • Database Testing: Validate data integrity and consistency across systems using database testing tools and SQL
  • Security Testing: Identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards through rigorous security testing
  • Back-End API Testing: Verify functionality and reliability of back-end systems and APIs
  • Performance Testing: Plan and execute performance tests (eg, load, stress, and endurance) to assess system responsiveness and stability under various load conditions
  • Identify and document performance bottlenecks, collaborate with development teams to recommend improvements, and retest to validate solutions
  • Utilize industry-standard performance testing tools (eg, JMeter, LoadRunner) to establish performance benchmarks and track progress over time
  • Collaboration Analysis: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather testing requirements, clarify expectations, and analyze test results
  • Continuous Integration: Automate regression testing and integrate it into the CI/CD pipeline
  • Defect Management: Track, report, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution
  • Documentation Improvement: Maintain documentation of all testing processes and results, and propose continual improvements to enhance

  • Stay Current: Keep up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to Continuously enhance testing processes

    • Education, Experience, And Skills Required

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in manual, automation, and performance testing

    • Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with automation frameworks (eg, Selenium, JUnit)
  • Experience with performance testing tools (eg, JMeter, LoadRunner)
  • Strong knowledge of database testing tools and SQL
  • Familiarity with security testing practices and tools
  • Understanding of API and back-end testing methodologies

    • Soft Skills

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Methodologies: Experience working in Agile software development
