Job Description

Lead Generation

  • Independently identify, qualify, and generate leads within the Australia and APAC markets
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to connect with CEOs and senior decision-makers across various industries
  • Leverage your existing network and industry knowledge to build a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects
  • Business Development

  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan focused on driving growth and securing new business in the APAC region
  • Engage directly with C-level executives to understand their business challenges and present tailored solutions that meet their needs
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing
  • Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with CEOs and other senior executives to establish the company as a preferred partner
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-level engagements, ensuring consistent and effective communication
  • Foster long-term partnerships that result in repeat business and referrals
  • Market Analysis And Strategy

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the region
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on market intelligence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings and ensure they align with the specific needs of the APAC market
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • An MBA is a plus
  • 5 years of experience in business development and lead generation, specifically within the Australia Market
  • Extensive network of contacts, particularly with CEOs and senior decision-makers in the APAC region
  • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving or exceeding sales targets independently
  • Strong understanding of the Australia market, including industry-specific trends and business practices
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and manage your own pipeline effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in professional IT Staffing services
  • Lead Management: Expertise in qualifying, nurturing, and converting leads via email, cold calling, and LinkedIn
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding IT staffing trends, VMS/MSP ecosystems, and client needs
  • Communication: Strong verbal/written skills for proposals, relationship building, and negotiations
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach for lead quality analysis and campaign optimization
  • Networking: Active on LinkedIn, attending events, and engaging in industry forums
  • Soft Skills: Resilient, adaptable, and excellent problem-solving abilities
