Key Responsibilities :

- Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premise to meet business requirements and enhance functionality.

- Develop custom plugins, workflow activities, and JavaScript for CRM customizations.

- Design, implement, and maintain integration solutions between CRM and external systems using SOAP/REST APIs and custom services.

- Utilize Microsoft CRM SDK to configure, deploy, and manage CRM solutions.

- Optimize CRM performance through efficient database management, including T-SQL and stored procedures.

- Configure CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows for improved user experience and business process alignment.

- Administer and manage CRM security roles, access management, and user-level permissions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize CRM-related issues in an on-premise environment.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and end-users, to deliver tailored solutions that meet business needs.

- Provide technical expertise and support for CRM-related projects and system enhancements.

Key Requirements :

- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premise, including configuration, customization, and integration.

- Strong proficiency in .NET development, particularly C# and ASP.NET, for CRM customizations and integrations.

- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK, deployment processes, and configuration tools.

- Solid understanding of CRM entity customization, form design, views, dashboards, and business process flows.

- Ability to integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with third-party applications and external systems using SOAP/REST APIs and custom services.

- Strong SQL Server skills, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with CRM security roles, user permissions, and access management.

- Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization within Dynamics CRM On-Premise environments.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional/Bonus Skills :

- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.

- Microsoft certifications related to CRM, .NET, or other relevant technologies.
