Job Description :

- Lead the overall solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements, goals, and strategy.

- Provide technical leadership in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including integrations, data migration, and system customization.

- Proficiency in designing and implementing relational structures and data models in the Dataverse.

- Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business needs, including workflows, plugins, forms, entities, and dashboards.

- Proficient in build and deployment procedures, guaranteeing seamless releases throughout test, production, and development settings.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and recommend best practices within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

- Experience with Power Apps for building custom business applications.

- Competence with Power Automate to automate integrations and workflows.

- Strong front-end development skills using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript to create custom client-side logic.

- Offer assistance and training to end users.

- Create and manage technical documentation, such as system operations, coding standards, and architecture diagrams.

- Find performance snags and offer suggestions for improvement.

- Investigate problems with workflows, system integrations, and adaptations.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment and Azure DevOps.

- Proficiency in developing unique business logic, processes, and plugins utilizing C#.NET.

- Understanding of Power BI for creating analytics and reports.
