Urgent Hiring: Linguist - AI Training & Evaluation

Salary - 50000 CTC

Work Location:Gurgaon,Haryana

Languages:

Punjabi, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop multilingual data for training large language models

- Evaluate NLP models and AI language models

- Apply SFT and RLHF techniques

- Perform model benchmarking and response evaluation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- Native-level fluency in one or more Indian languages

- Strong understanding of NLP, machine learning models, and LLMs

- Proven experience in evaluating AI models

- Attention to detail, data management, and analytical mindset

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Linguistics, Language, or related field

- 2-3 years of experience in linguistics, NLP, or AI model evaluation
