Role & responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate import documentation, including Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, and other required documents.

* Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and suppliers to ensure smooth shipment clearance.

* Ensure compliance with import regulations and government policies.

* Handle import duty calculations, customs clearance procedures, and HS code classification.

* Maintain accurate records of all import transactions and reports.

* Resolve import-related issues and coordinate with suppliers for timely shipments.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree,

Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

* 1-2 years of experience in import/export operations.

* Knowledge of customs procedures, import documentation, and international trade regulations.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

* Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
