Senior Area Manager - (Immediate Joining)

Role & responsibilities :-

You will be responsible for launching & managing Papergrid in the assigned region and become the No 1 Notebook Brand there.

You will have end to end ownership (sales, demand generation, manpower, collection, capture of market insights and strategy execution) while adhering to company policies.

• Appoint super stockists and distributors for the allocated region.
• Parallel to appointing channel partners, you need to manage and recruit Area Managers & front line sales people (Area Executives) to develop the market.
• Manage the channel partners & team and handle all their issues to ensure smooth business.
• Develop and execute strategies to become the market leader in an extremely competitive and challenging industry.

Preferred candidate profile :-

• We are looking for competent people for the role of Senior Area Manager for our company Papergrid Industries.
• Role is to manage assigned region with a sales force of Area Managers (AMs) and Area Executives (AEs).
• Must have minimum 10 Years of Experience of team handling in Stationery/FMCG Sales.
