HR Executive ( Looking For Males Only )

Planning and forming employee benefits package.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:
Source and screen candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals)
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Manage onboarding processes, including employee orientation and paperwork
Employee Relations:
Address employee inquiries and concerns
Assist in resolving employee relations issues
Maintain employee morale and engagement
Training & Development:
Identify and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Coordinate with external training vendors as needed
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
Prepare HR reports and metrics.
