HR Help Desk and Support Professional ( Females only)

Responsibilities:

Employee Support:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Respond promptly and professionally to employee questions and concerns.
Provide accurate and consistent information regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, compensation, and other HR-related topics.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate HR specialist or manager.
HRIS Support:
Assist employees with navigating and using the HR Information System (HRIS).
Provide support for employee self-service functions, such as updating personal information, accessing pay stubs, and enrolling in benefits.
Troubleshoot HRIS-related issues and escalate technical problems as needed.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of employee inquiries and their resolutions.
Update and maintain HR knowledge base and FAQs.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Communication and Coordination:
Communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Coordinate with other HR team members to resolve employee issues and ensure consistent service delivery.
Liaise with external vendors, as needed, for benefits administration or other HR-related services.
Process Improvement:
Identify trends in employee inquiries and recommend process improvements to address common issues.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Other Duties:
Perform other related duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
