Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in bench sales recruiting within the IT staffing industry. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the bench sales process, developing relationships with clients, and ensuring the swift placement of consultants on the bench.

Key Responsibilities: Bench Sales Management: Handle the end-to-end bench sales process, including identifying new client opportunities, negotiating rates, and closing deals. Consultant Placement: Actively work with bench consultants to understand their career goals and ensure their placement in suitable roles. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients and consultants to secure favorable terms for both parties. Database Management: Maintain and update a comprehensive database of clients and consultants, tracking all interactions and activities. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications: Experience: 2-4 years of experience in bench sales recruiting, preferably within the IT staffing industry. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Tools: Proficiency with recruiting software, job boards, and CRM systems. Education: Bachelors degree in any field. Relevant certifications are a plus
