Job Description
- Install, configure, certify and maintain Spectrophotometers and associated software.
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting and repairs of equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment usage.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to address customer needs and improve product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in engineering, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of troubleshooting electronic equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
