Participate and support user acceptance and regression testing related to new added functionalities, system upgrades or break/fix resolution
Collaborate/Interface/consult with key interfaces involved in the process to investigate data integration issues in related systems accurately and timely, including identifying specific requirements or additional information to ensure data is correctly flowing between the systems where applicable or by engaging the correct interface
Provide expertise advice/support to activities related to data integration to the Business Lines Sales/Revenue Management, MDS Account Setup, MDS Pricing Ops, Customer Service and other groups as needed
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and corrective actions for errors to complete data in a timeline manner; assist in development of process improvements and resolution to ensure error root cause removal
Escalate issue/process improvement to Lead/Supervisors, involving Process Improvement Advisor as necessary
Support other team members during peak activity periods, vacations and absences
Participate/assist in special projects assigned by DAS and CS management
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Expected to have expert level of proficiency on below systems: SAP HANA PROS SALESFORCE Web methods / Mulesoft
