As a Executive Legal, you will play a crucial role on corporate legal matters drafting and reviewing all legal documentation, attend court cases and other general corporate matters.

**Location:** Kolkata, India

**Responsibilities:**

Provide support to corporate legal matters such as structuring various transactions, all kind of legal drafting

Reviewing & managing all legal documentation

Attending court cases as per the company requirement

Providing other legal advisory and support on different legal matters
