Assistant Manager - Welfare and Compliance

Role & responsibilities

• He will be responsible for overall IR and compliance matters of the Factory.
• Responsible for IR and compliance matters.
• Liasioning with govt. departments.
• Labour Management
• Maintaining & Updating all statutory compliances.
• Submission of all statutory returns.
• All Govt. Inspection and Audit.
• Update & Maintain various HR Policy & Practices.
• Manage attendance (In Form), absenteeism of company staff.
• Maintain leave records i.e. CL, SL, and PL/EL in form.
• Issue I Card/Punching Card, Leave Card etc.
• Maintained the records of Joined, Resigned & Attired Employees.
• Do Full &Final settlement of resigned employees.
• Query Handling/ Resolution of Grievance
• Regularly monitoring, generating MIS.
• Welfare Activities
• Proactive IR Measuring.
• Grievance handling through PVMS
• Taking care of Contractor compliances
• Drive CSR initiated activities at Daman location
