Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager- Brand Building

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategy.
• Manage brand identity - across all the channels, including packaging, advertising, digital and social media.
• Design brand building KPIs, goal and objectives.
• Define target audience and customer segmentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams marketing, sales, development, to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
• Coordination with agencies, vendors, influencers.
• Conduct Market research To understand consumer behaviour, preferences, and trends.
• Competition study / Industry trend study Stay up to date with market trends.
• Event participation, new product launch, channel partner meets, conferences etc.

Preferred candidate profile

Brand Strategy, Brand Management, Experience in FMCG companies would be preferable
