Commercial Manager - EOU department

• Export Documentation & Compliance
  
• Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and customs declarations.
• Ensure compliance with EOU regulations, Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), and customs procedures.
• Maintain records of duty-free imports, export obligations, and other necessary reports.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities (DGFT, SEZ, Customs) for approvals, licenses, and incentives.
• Logistics & Supply Chain Management
  
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport agencies for smooth logistics operations.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of export consignments.
• Manage warehousing and bonded stock for duty-free imports.
• Liaison & Coordination
  
• Liaise with government authorities like DGFT, SEZ, Customs, and GST officials for clearances and policy benefits.
• Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, and financial institutions for smooth transaction processing.
• Audit & Reporting
  
• Prepare periodical reports on export performance, duty utilization, and compliance tracking.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to EOU operations.
• Ensure adherence to ISO and other quality management systems if applicable.Role & responsibilities
• In-depth knowledge of export documentation and international trade laws.
• Understanding of EOU benefits, FTP, SEZ & Customs procedures.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in coordinating with logistics providers and government agencies.
• Proficiency in ERP software, Tally, and MS Office for documentation & reporting.
