Brand Manager - Lifestyle Sports & Apparel Category Startup (8-10 yrs)

Job Description:

- To help brand reach their promised space in distribution / multi brand outlets and stores.

- Identify brand's differentiation, positioning in the market, build a coherent consumer language across all touch-points.

- Conceptualize & execute plans across all marketing channels (Digital, Outdoor, Social, BTL etc).

- Build newer channels of communication for the brand.

- Define the scope of work, review & evaluate brand enablers for like on-boarding Brand Track Agency, Creative Agency, Social Listening Tools, etc.

- Help brand build channels previously unexplored

- Complete ownership of campaigns which are rolled out on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.

Expected Skill Sets:

- MBA Full Time.

- 8-10 years of experience in Brand Management / Product Management in a high-growth D2C environment, specifically in Sports Shoe & Apparel category

- An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers wishes

- Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.

- An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns .
