Category Head - Product Management Role - Building Material Industry

- Strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio, managing catalogue and right sizing.

- Responsible for Gross Margin Target achievement of the basket of products including Trade schemes management

- Create and present innovations , strategic decision proposals

- Competition benchmarking and pricing at category level and for new product development.

- Delivering business goals by planning & implementing Annual Business Plans, NPDs and Major Launch Events.

- Coordination with factory and design team on product development, new launches and product improvements

- Taking feedback from market and Sales team for new product launch and improvements in category development

- Maintaining- All Products Technical Database.

- Sales Forecast for all New SKUs , Placement push and tracking all NPD SKU.

- Coordination of Loyalty programs, Product Promotions and Training on Products.

SKILLS SET :

MBA Full Time

- Business Acumen, Strong Analytical Skills

- Hands on experience in brand communications.

- Sound knowledge of various media

- Good market knowledge of Building Material Industry
