Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Tester to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP FICO, cross-functional knowledge in SAP SD & MM, and hands-on experience in SAP testing methodologies. The role requires proficiency in Worksoft automation, test script creation, and leading an FI testing team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute SAP FICO test cases, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Perform end-to-end testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP FICO.
• Develop test scripts, manage test repositories, and execute test scenarios using Worksoft automation.
• Lead and mentor the FI testing team, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Work closely with on-site teams, business users, and SAP consultants to gather testing requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects using test management and defect tracking tools.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Testing Life Cycle best practices.
• Conduct performance testing, data validation, and workflow analysis for SAP financial processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve SAP FICO testing strategies and automation processes.
• Support and contribute to S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring seamless testing and defect resolution.

• 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO with strong functional expertise.
• Cross-functional knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP MM (Material Management).
• 3+ years of SAP testing experience, including hands-on exposure to Worksoft automation.
• Proficiency in test script creation, test repository management, and execution.
• 2+ years of experience leading an FI testing team, including team coordination and mentorship.
• Experience working with onsite resources and business stakeholders for requirement analysis and test execution.
• Hands-on experience with 2+ SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and controlling modules.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Experience with SAP Test Automation Tools.
• Knowledge of JIRA, HP ALM, or other test management tools.
• Understanding of SAP Fiori applications related to FICO.
• Experience in performance testing and test data management.
