Shift : 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with expertise in SAP Basis and Security to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities :

- SAP Basis and Security Support : Provide technical support in both SAP Basis and SAP Security domains, ensuring optimal performance and security of SAP systems.

- Database Expertise : Hands-on experience with database management, particularly MSSQL and Oracle. Familiarity with HANA is an added advantage.

- Version Upgrades : Lead and manage version upgrades for SAP ECC, Netweaver (ABAP and Java), Oracle, and MSSQL.

- SAP Security Management : Expertise in managing SAP user roles, authorizations, and authorization objects.

- Operating Systems : Extensive experience working with both Windows and Linux operating systems to support SAP environments.

- System Refresh : Execute system refresh activities, including database-level refreshes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Audit Support : Provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with necessary policies and regulations.

- Ticketing and Incident Management : Utilize ITSM/SERVICE NOW for incident tracking and resolution, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with clients and team members effectively.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables across different projects.

- Proven experience with database management, including MSSQL and Oracle.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP Basis and Security administration, along with relevant experience in version upgrades.

- Familiarity with ITSM/SERVICE NOW for ticketing and incident management.
