UI/UX Designer - Figma/Adobe XD (3-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Research & Analysis :

- Conduct user research to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points.

- Create user personas, journey maps, and scenarios to guide design decisions.

UI/UX Design :

- Design user-friendly interfaces using wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

- Create design systems, style guides, and reusable components.

- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Collaboration & Feedback :

- Work closely with product managers and developers to translate requirements into designs.

- Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing results.

Testing & Evaluation :

- Conduct usability testing to validate design solutions.

- Analyze performance metrics to improve the user experience continuously.

Qualifications & Skills :

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and others.

- Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or Axure.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus.

Experience :

- Required experience level 3+ years in UI/UX design

- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Other :

- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects.

- Understanding of accessibility and usability standards (e.g., WCAG).
