Sr. Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
o Develop and execute sales strategies to meet assigned revenue and profitability targets.
o Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and create actionable plans for growth.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups to meet their needs.
o Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
3. Marketing Activities:
o Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
o Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and social media content.
4. Market Analysis and Reporting:
o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
o Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations for senior management.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Coordinate with the Logistics and Operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.
o Work closely with the Finance team to manage pricing, invoicing, and payment collection.
6. Compliance and Documentation:
o Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and trade compliance norms.
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the chemical, polymer, or trading industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in SAP , Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
