** Job Title : Sales Coordinator (Only Female)

** Role : Overall, a Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in streamlining sales activities, supporting the sales team, and ensuring that processes run seamlessly to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.

** Job Location : Dariba Kalan, Chandni Chowk, Delhi 110 006

** Experience : 6 months to 3 years of RELEVANT experience in Coordination / Office Management / Handling Customer Inquiry

** Preference : Candidates who are available to join early and staying in nearby locations including: Daryaganj, Chandni Chowk, Paharganj, Karol Bagh, Civil Lines.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Coordination between internal team and customer after receiving the inquiry(s) till delivery of goods
• Maintaining customer data (updating customer profile with email id, phone, address etc. on a regular basis).
• Respond to inquiries/complaints from customers and give after-sales support wherever required
• Candidate with 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience will suit best for this role
• Follow up with customers for orders.

Required Candidate profile

• Must have strong tele-sales skills, coordination and ability to build interpersonal skills
• Candidate with good Communication, follow-up skills and basic knowledge of MS Office
• It is important that the candidate has a flexible approach to learning and accepts feedback
• Practical Experience, Smart Working, Positive Attitude and English Proficiency will be valued more than any other criteria
• Preference will be given to FEMALE candidates
• Candidates who are currently in the Final year of graduation or fully graduate are eligible to apply
