Engineer Quality Lab

Role & responsibilities

1. Monitoring of testing lab activities for the three shifts.

2. Carry out functional test (destructive and Non-destructive testing) as per the schedule.

3. Handling customer audits related quality lab.

4. New product development parts validation and reporting.

5. Stock maintenance of testing related spares on regular basis.

6. Daily report preparation and documentation, Annual plan completion as per schedule.

7. Parts coating validation.

8. Monthly and weekly MIS preparation.

9. Handling audits (SNI / INMETRO / PPAP /VAVE)

10. IATF audit preparation on testing documents.

11. Preparing and Reviewing of work instructions and Customer standards.

12. Training subordinates on NPD models testing standards and methods, 5S etc.

Monitor adherence of testing machines PM activity.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Knowledge in ISO /IEC 17025:2017.

2. Core tools: SPC, MSA, 7QC, FMEA, 8D, GD&T.

3. Experience in customer audit handling.

4. Knowledge in Fusion and MIG welding and its inspection.

5. Basic knowledge in SAP-MM module is added advantage.

6. CMM inspection knowledge is added advantage.

7.Gauges and Instrument Calibration knowledge.
