Shift In Charge/Executive Production

Role & responsibilities

Production Fulfilment-

Ensure effective use of installed capacity installed to maximize output. Gap analysis of Allocation Vs Actuals for Machine & Manpower, Co-ordinate with HR to ensure required capacity.

- MRP allocation

- Monitor daily production Vs planned and monthly line plan.

- Follow up of daily cutting as per loading plan

- Identify CTQs and corrective action plan

- Technical analysis

- Warehouse transfer fulfilment as per plan

Meeting Efficiency & Productivity targets

• Batch settings as per OB
• Optimal utilization of available manpower/resource to maximize the overall efficiency of factory.
• Machine planning
• Ensure zero Machines breakdowns by co-ordinating with Maintenance dept.
• Identifying and Eliminating NVAs
• Effective line balancing
• Method study
• Develop skill inventory of Operators especially for critical operations; continuous cross-training in various bottleneck operations.
• Plan proper styles mix on the floor to maximize efficiency.

Educate and train supervisory team on improving efficiency

Ensuring Quality

• End line PPM monitoring
• Critical sewing defect analysis
• Follow-up of TLS
• AQL Defect analysis
• Critical Measurement analysis
• IP & BP defect analysis, CTQ analysis

Team Management & People Development

• Ensure effective campaign for recruitment.
• Absenteeism and Attrition monitoring
• Co-ordinate with HR to execute employee motivation and engagement initiatives to retain employees & reduce absenteeism.
• Coaching & Development to improve supervisor and team competencies

Preferred candidate profile

BE/B tech with IE or Production Experience in the Textiles Industry

Should have a minimum 5 to 8 years of experience
