Job Description
Work Days : Monday Friday
Work Timings : 10:30 AM 7:30 PM
Educational Qualifications :
- A bachelor s degree in any field, preferably teaching, education, English language, journalism, mass communication
- Online Course (beginner level) in instructional design, education, teaching
- Coursework/Projects in instructional design, education, teaching, training
Responsibilities :
- Support team/project through various phases of learning design and development
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify target audience s training needs
- Research content on a variety of technical/non-technical topics
- Compile, structure and rewrite content according to course learner needs
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
- Develop storyboards to visualize content, graphics and the user interface
- Guide the creation of supporting media (audio, video, animations etc)
- Develop assessments to judge learner s performance
- Maintain project documentation and course folders
Required Skill :
- Strong ability to understand content on a variety of technical and non-technical topics, good grasping ability
- Ability to research information from various sources and compile, structure and rewrite content as required
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
- Basic knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models (SAM, ADDIE etc.)
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas to the team
- Imaginative and creative thinking skills, visualization skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Additional Skills :
- Excellent organizational skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Dedicated and motivated to learn and upskill
- Good aesthetic sense and visual communication skills, an eye for detail
- Experience with photo video editing tools, animation tools, e-learning authoring tools is a plus
