Educational Qualifications :

Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site job located in Pune. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating hiring managers, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Manage the IT talent hub through job boards and careers and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the database.

Key Responsibilities :

Human Resources (HR) Management and Personnel Management skills.
Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
Design orientation programs to familiarize employees with company culture, values, and IT-specific workflows.
Promote a positive work environment and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Plan, implement, and assess employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities, town halls, and surveys.
Experience in developing HR policies and managing employee benefits.
Knowledge of HR practices and compliance regulations.
Implement and monitor the performance management system, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes.
Organize workshops, training sessions, and leadership development programs.
