Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely invoices for clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  
• Process incoming payments, handle cash flow management, and maintain a record of all transactions.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure seamless communication.
  
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, orders, and invoices using CRM software.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client queries regarding invoices.
