Service Engineer

Role & responsibilities :

• Install and commission SMPS units at customer sites.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of SMPS systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and component issues.
• Provide on-site technical support to customers.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
• Work with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues or escalate when needed.
• Travel to customer sites for service interventions as required.
• Report any incidents, failures, or safety concerns promptly to the management team..
• Ensure that all work adheres to safety and quality standards.
