Job Description
- Consistent procurement of quality milk in the targeted quantity.
- Procurement of milk at minimal acquisition cost.
- To monitor and limit FAT & SNF Loss % at Cluster Level and to optimize the inward transportation cost.
- Monitor automation at Cluster level.
- Maintain Coordination among Procurement Team, PIB team and Animal Nutrition and Animal Breeding Team.
- To ensure regular MIS flow from all the MCCs in the Cluster to H.O. on time and also to ensure successful completion of drives (Banking, Membership, Training etc.) at the cluster level.
- Team Handling, Retention and Development of Cluster Staff
