Purchase Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Source and evaluate reliable suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and build long-term partnerships.
• Ensure timely procurement of quality materials while adhering to budgetary constraints.
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to support smooth operations.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, track shipments, and address delivery issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement plans with business needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, vendor performance, and contracts.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Bachelors degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in procurement,
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; knowledge of procurement tools is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
