Job Description
- Oversee hospital billing operations including cash, corporate, and insurance billing.
- Develop and implement billing policies and procedures.
- Monitor billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage billing staff and provide training and support.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and improve revenue cycle efficiency.
- Analyze billing data and trends to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.
- Ensure timely submission of claims and follow-up on unpaid accounts.
- Maintain relationships with insurance companies and third-party payers.
