Job Description

  • Assist in the creation, implementation, and optimization of email marketing campaigns to generate quality leads.
  • Research target audiences and build segmented email lists for effective campaign targeting.
  • Draft engaging email content, including subject lines, body text, and calls-to-action, while adhering to company guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics or email marketing platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and develop outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with broader marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and email marketing best practices.
  • Assist with other digital marketing activities, such as social media management, SEO, and paid advertising, as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree or Master s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of email marketing.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, such as SEO, and social media marketing, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn about campaign performance metrics.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
