Business Development Associate

Job Description (Inside Sales Associate ):

• Consult with leads, build prospects & generate sales.
• Execute appropriate follow-ups via calls, emails, etc.
• Meet the assigned weekly and monthly sale targets.
• Come up with new ideas, help mentor new joiners in the team, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Consulting & Convincing skills, sales pitch, people handling skills
• Decent knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge or experience in working on any CRM application (not mandatory)
• Strong relationship-building skills & problem-solving skills
