Corporate Finance Analyst : As a Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and standardization across Finance functions. Your role will be essential in supporting initiatives to standardize and automate financial processes in areas like Accounting, Tax, Internal Control, and Treasury.
In this role, you will identify and execute opportunities for process improvements, implement best practices, and leverage advanced technologies to streamline workflows. Your goal? To create a more efficient, consistent, and transparent financial reporting environment that facilitates better decision-making and drives continuous improvement.
We're seeking a dynamic individual with a background in Finance (Accounting, or similar) and a proven track record in process improvement and automation. You'll need excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to various stakeholders. A proactive and innovative mindset is a must, along with a commitment to driving excellence in all aspects of our Finance functions.
Reports to: Corporate Finance Process & Systems Leader
Span of Control: Individual Contributor
Qualification : CA / CMA / MBA finance
Experience : 4-8 years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
- Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP E6P and S4 HANA are a plus).
- Familiarity with data analytics tool (Power BI, Excel).

Process Standardization:
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of current workflows within the finance environment. Document these workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement standardized processes that enhance efficiency, consistency, and accuracy across the finance functions. Ensure these processes are scalable and adaptable to evolving business needs.
- Regularly review and update standardized processes to ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. Address any changes in regulations promptly to maintain compliance.
Process Automation and ERP Systems:
- Evaluate existing financial processes to identify opportunities for automation. Special focus on areas where automation can significantly enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to implement ERP enhancements and AI-driven analytics. Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems.
- Deploy finance automation tools, ensuring successful integration with current systems. Monitor the performance of these tools and make necessary adjustments to optimize their effectiveness.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing and maintaining data collection systems and procedures.
- Create comprehensive business cases and assess bid proposals.
Change Management & Continuous Improvement:
- Manage projects focused on standardizing and automating financial processes. Ensure these projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate teams on new digital tools and standardized processes. Ensure team members are proficient in using these tools and understand the benefits of the new processes.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain the integrity and quality of financial and statistical data. Implement controls and checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Continuously monitor financial processes to identify inefficiencies. Develop and implement action plans to improve data accuracy and process effectiveness.
Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with internal finance stakeholders (Tax, Internal Control, Treasury, and Manufacturing) to ensure process alignment and compliance.
- Use effective communication to foster an efficient and inclusive working environment.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related fields.
- Experience operating in a highly matrix and global organization.
- First experience in emerging sustainability regulations (ESG).
- First Project Management experience.
- Basic understanding of KI tools.
- Manufacturing Finance acumen/experience is a plus.
