Developer/Engineer OTBI

Key Result Areas for the Incumbent)o Develop and maintain complex financial reports using Oracle FRS, ensuring the accuracy and integrity offinancial data.o Utilize Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) for ad-hoc reporting and analytics to assist business users in decision-making, including score cards and modeling.o Collaborate with IT and business finance teams to enhance reporting capabilities, implement newfunctionalities, and optimize financial processes and reporting frameworks.o Design and develop analytics products and services, using advanced analytical techniques and tools such asSQL and Excel.o Provide leadership and support to the analytics team, offer training on FRS and OTBI tools, andmanaging day-to-day activities.o Work closely with clients, providing analytics and advisory services, and actively participate in specialproject assignments.o Develop models and use analytics for refined data capturing and analysis, continuously updating rules andprocedures to optimize results.o Provide insights and recommendationsto senior management, helping to deliver on business goals andcommitments.Eligibility Criteria: (Skill set required to do the job- Knowledge, Tools, Technical Knowledge, Certifications etc.
