Key Responsibilities
Create a repository and hierarchyof the Contracts in Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) tool by clearlyidentifying parent-child linkage.
Analysis of commercial contractssuch as Master Agreements, Service Agreements, , NDAs, etc
Assessment of key clauses such asGoverning Law, Jurisdiction, Assignment, Change of control, Indemnification,Limitation of liability, Intellectual property Rights etc, essential forcommercial contracts.
Perform manual and auto-extractionof contract data through AI (Artificial Intelligence) and Data visualisationtools resulting in contract management and interpretation.
Ensure the data in the CLM isup-to-date, continuous, and set parameters to the repository.
Professional Experience
Professional Experience
Good experience in ContractLifecycle Management, Contract Abstraction, Contract Negotiation ContractSummarization.
2+ years in managing CLM toolslike Conga, Sirion Labs, Icertis, Ironclad, Unitedlex .
Experience in AI validation,Clause Categorization, Contract Interpretation, labelling of legal informationfor supervised machine learning and Risk Review.
Ability to present contract datain a clear and concise format.
Ability to challenge the statusquo and deliver effectively with what can often be ambiguous requirements.
Good English language proficiency.Multi- lingual candidates who have proficiency in any foreign language (inaddition to English) will get a preference
Education:
Degree in Science / Business Management/ Engineering/law,or equivalent.
