Job Description
Drive the widest possible use of the NSN standard contract templatesand guidelines; Facilitate contractual risk management and manage thecontractual risk exposure; Create involvement and informationexchange to allow suitable e2e contract alignment; Provide previousimplementation experience to acquisition/procurement team; Ensureclear understanding of contract obligations/timelines/risk beforesigning; Support the development of a contracts database, contractguidance and templates.
During the contract execution phase: Createcontract management action plan; Provide a contract summary to allinvolved; Adopt adequate tools and processes; Generate and update thecontract GAP analysis by progress/performance tracking; Track thefulfilment of contractual obligations and the related consequences;Manage contractual claims and changes to and from the customer;Facilitate contractual risk management and regular risk review andchange control boards; Handle major customer and supplier contractcorrespondence; Administer contractual document handling and storage;Drive customer contract development; Support in subcontractor claimsand contractual dispute resolution.Education Background
-- Degree in law (Bachelors/Masters) with experience in contractmanagement/ review/ negotiation.
- Fluent in English, thesecond language desirable
- Experience Required: 09-15 yrs.
