Shopify Designer with Development AbilitiesLocation: Chennai, IndiaPosition Overview: We are seeking a skilled Shopify Designer with development abilities tomanage the design and development of our Shopify plus platform. This role requires workingfrom our Chennai office, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of our eCommercesolutions. Additionally, the candidate will handle design tasks when there is no immediatedemand for Shopify development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and maintain our Shopify plus store, ensuring a seamless userexperience.
Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces and layouts for theShopify plus platform.
Make minor changes in the Shopify plus backend using Liquid code.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to implement new features andfunctionalities.
Optimize the Shopify store for performance, scalability, and SEO.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the Shopify platform.
Conduct regular updates and maintenance of the Shopify store.
Manage third-party integrations and apps within the Shopify ecosystem.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Shopify development anddesign.
Perform other design tasks as required, including but not limited to web design, graphicdesign, and UX/UI enhancements.
Learn and adapt to Marketplacer integration as needed for project requirements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Shopify Designer with development abilities, with a strongportfolio of successful Shopify projects.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
Experience with Shopifys API and third-party apps.
Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and cross-browsercompatibility.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and optimization techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
