Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Financial Management:
- Handle office budgets, and track and report on all expenditures.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Oversee general ledger management and ensure accuracy in all financial records.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and expenses and reconcile accounts.
- Banking & Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the company's banks to facilitate smooth financial operations.
- Work with banks to manage L/Cs (Letter of Credit) , Bid Bonds , Guarantees , and Fund and Non-Fund Based Limits .
Coordinate with banks for Letter of Guarantees (LG) , Bank Guarantees (BG) , and other financial instruments required for business operations.
- Negotiate terms and rates with financial institutions to secure favorable financing terms for the company.
- Treasury Management:
- Monitor cash flow, prepare cash flow forecasts, and manage working capital to ensure liquidity.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies related to banking transactions.
- Internal Controls:
- Develop and implement financial policies and controls to safeguard the company's assets.
- Ensure the implementation of effective internal controls for all financial processes.
- Provide recommendations for improvements in financial systems and processes.
- Tax & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filing and audit preparation.
- Liaise with auditors and provide the necessary financial documentation for audits.
Key Requirements:
- Experience:
- 10-15 years of experience in accounting with a strong focus on banking operations and relationship management.
- Prior experience with L/Cs, Bid Bonds, Bank Guarantees, and handling Fund and Non-Fund Based Limits.
Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and treasury operations.
- Educational Qualification:
- CA (Chartered Accountant) or MBA in Finance is required.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong relationship-building skills with banks and financial institutions.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products such as L/Cs, Bid Bonds, Guarantees, and LG/BG .
- Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, accounting software, and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external financial partners.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills.
