Performance Test Engineer - Automation Testing (3-4 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Performance Champion : Design, execute, and analyze performance tests to ensure applications and systems meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards.

- Testing Expertise : Demonstrate a strong understanding of performance testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.

- Tool Mastery : Possess proficiency in industry-standard performance testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, and RPT.

- Scripting Savvy : Develop and execute performance testing scripts and scenarios using scripting languages (e.g. , Java, Shell, Python).

- Performance Analysis Ace : Analyze test results effectively, identify performance bottlenecks, and recommend improvement strategies.

- Collaborative Problem-Solving : Work closely with development teams to diagnose and resolve performance issues, optimizing application responsiveness.

- Automation Champion : Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks and tools to streamline the testing process.

- Communication & Reporting : Create comprehensive performance testing reports and present findings to stakeholders with clarity and impact.

- Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in performance testing methodologies and tools.

Qualifications :

- Testing Experience : Minimum 3+ years of experience in performance testing methodologies and tools.

- Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of performance testing concepts, load testing principles, and performance metrics.

- Tool Proficiency : Proven proficiency in performance testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, and RPT (a plus for additional tools).

- Scripting Skills : Experience with scripting languages like Java, Shell, or Python for test automation.

- Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
