Quality Assurance Lead

Location: Bangalore / Hosur

Should be able to converse in Kannada or Tamil

Candidates from EMS sector is Mandatory

• A key player in the Implementation of the Quality Management System and Core Tools.
• Communicate with Customer Suppliers and Certification bodies regarding Quality and Compliances.
• Handle Customer complaints and resolutions. Being a member of the quality team for discussing Customer-related issues. Prepare and maintain 8D reports/ CAPA (Corrective and Preventive action) reports. Conduct product testing, FA (First article), and Final Inspection
• Preparing SPC charts. Performing Root Cause Analysis for Internal and external problems. Highlighting deviations existing in manufacturing as Engineering Change Request (ECR). Preparing Internal audit Schedules and calibration schedules for measuring instruments and other gauges.
• Performs and maintains calibration reports for all measuring instruments. Review and Maintain certifications and records as per QMS standards. Guiding external auditors and following them continuously during the audit process.
• Preparation of SOPs, control plan, process flow, and PFMEA for process lines.
• Performs Incoming quality checks and Pre Dispatch Inspection / AQL regularly.
• Supporting manufacturing and other departments regularly for continuous improvements such as Kaizens.
• Study and analyze the samples thoroughly as per IPC standards.
• Analyze and prepare detailed reports on micro section samples.
