Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admissions and Outreach Manager to lead the postgraduate (PG) enrolment efforts at Bennett University. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic outreach initiatives, building relationships with prospective students, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the admissions process to achieve enrolment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Admissions Strategy Development:
   
• Design and implement a comprehensive admissions strategy to drive PG enrolments.
• Identify and target key markets for prospective PG students, both domestic and international.
• Develop partnerships with educational institutions and relevant agencies to boost recruitment.
2. Outreach and Engagement:
   
• Plan and execute outreach programs such as webinars, campus tours, info sessions, and PG-specific workshops to engage prospective students.
• Represent the university at higher education fairs, industry conferences, and other relevant forums to promote PG programs.
• Coordinate with marketing and communication teams to create promotional materials and digital campaigns.
3. Lead Management:
   
• Manage leads and inquiries through CRM tools, ensuring timely and effective follow-up with potential candidates.
• Provide guidance and personalized support to prospective PG students throughout the application process.
• Maintain an updated database of applicant progress and conversion rates.
4. Admissions Process Oversight:
   
• Oversee the entire PG admissions process, including application review, interview scheduling, and final selection.
• Collaborate with academic departments to ensure alignment of admissions criteria with program objectives.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and regulatory requirements during the admissions process.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making:
   
• Track and analyze key metrics related to PG enrolments, conversion rates, and outreach success.
• Prepare regular reports for the senior management team on progress towards enrolment goals and areas for improvement.
6. Relationship Building:
   
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective students, educational consultants, academic faculty, and alumni.
• Organize and manage engagement initiatives to create a strong network of PG program ambassadors.
7. Team Management:
   
• Supervise the admissions team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
• Work closely with the marketing and student services teams to streamline the admission and onboarding processes for new students.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, or Education) is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or outreach, preferably in higher education with a focus on PG programs.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to represent the university in various forums and events.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with students, partners, and internal teams.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite; experience in leveraging digital platforms for outreach is a plus.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
