Position Overview:
- The Business Development Manager in Real Estate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth within the real estate sector.
- The role requires a dynamic individual with excellent negotiation skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:.
Market Research and Strategy Development:.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities in the real estate market.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:.
- Identify and approach potential clients, including property developers, investors, and real estate agencies to get the projects (generate new business) for the company.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Marketing and Negotiation:.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and business plans to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve business goals.
Networking and Partnerships:.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to network with potential clients and partners.
- Develop partnerships with real estate brokers, consultants, and other professionals to expand the business network.
Reporting and Analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on performance metrics, sales forecasts, and market insights.
- Provide feedback to senior management on market opportunities and challenges.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience (12-15 years) in business development, marketing, sales, or a similar role in the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, trends, and regulatory environment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
