Job Summary:
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design. The ideal
candidate will have expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic
design software, coupled with a solid understanding of web design and UX/UI principles. You will be
responsible for creating compelling visual content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design: Design and produce high-quality graphics for various platforms, including print, digital, and
social media, using Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
Web Design: Develop visual elements for websites and digital platforms, ensuring designs are responsive and
aligned with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.
Branding: Create and maintain brand assets, including logos, marketing materials, and style guides, to ensure
consistency across all channels.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, web development, and other teams to understand project
requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business objectives.
Creative Development: Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions, keeping up with design trends
and technologies to enhance the company's visual presence.
Feedback & Revisions: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to design work,
ensuring final outputs meet quality standards and deadlines

Required Skills:
ï‚• Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
ï‚• Graphic Design Software: Experience with additional design tools and software such as Sketch,
Figma, or Affinity Designer is a plus.
ï‚• Web Design: Knowledge of web design principles, including layout, typography, and visual
hierarchy.
ï‚• UX/UI Principles: Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles to
create engaging and user-friendly designs.
ï‚• Creativity & Attention to Detail: Strong creative skills and meticulous attention to detail in all design
work.
Optional Skills:
ï‚• Animation & Motion Graphics: Experience with animation tools or software like Adobe After Effects
is a plus.
ï‚• HTML/CSS: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for design implementation is a plus.
Qualifications
ï‚•
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).
ï‚• 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
ï‚• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your design process.
