Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for analysis and timely release of Finished products, raw materials and Stability samples.
• Responsible for sample management, Login and work allotment and daily planning of samples.
• Familiar with investigation methods and tools involving like 5 why analysis, fish bone method etc.
• Responsible for initiating the deviation/incidence in QC lab.
• Responsible for initiating and review of change control and CAPA in QC lab.
• Responsible for the routine calibration activities of instruments in QC lab.
• Responsible for the tracking of outside testing and material receiving and tracking vendor records.
• Responsible for the Audit and Compliance including internal and External audit compliance.
• Responsible for the preparation and review of the standard operating procedures in QC lab.
• .Responsible for the periodical review of the Standard operating procedures, standard test procedure and specification as per current pharmacopeia updates.
• Responsible for the monitoring and tracking of materials receiving in QC lab.
• Responsible for preparation of trends of QMS activities.
• Responsible for the archive of documents and ensure the availability of any document for audit.
